YCC formally sought accreditation with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation
Board (PCAB) in 1982 which gives license to the company to participate in
various government projects not only in the Cagayan region but throughout the
country. YCC likewise worked with foreign assisted projects with the Philippine-

Japan Highway Loan Projects (PJHL). Led by the its idealism to improved the
quality of materials used in the construction of roads, bridges, buildings and other
concrete structures, YCC diversified into production of plant processed construction materials such as crushed aggregates, concrete ready mix and asphalt mix. The plant was erected in Barangay Capatan Tuguegarao, City. YCC also expanded its construction activity to dredging and reclamation projects with its acquired Dredging Vessel with a capacity of 900 cubic meter hour in 1992. This dredging vessel was used in PORT of APARRI in preparation to active
participation in the development in Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA).

The primary purpose of this company is to develop a total new community within
the city with a land used and a master plan composed of residential houses,
school, church, hospital, recreational areas (golf course tennis court, club house,
basketball) and a commercial area that will attract investors from Cagayan and
nearby province. The corporation is supplying crushed aggregates, concrete readymix, asphalt mix and concrete products in the government and private sectors. We also provide equipment rental to government and private sectors.
